UNIT 7 Using Adobe Illustrator

 

 In this picture i coloured and made the outline neatly .

In unit 7 i was using adobe illustator and working with graphic design . Today session was to explore the pen tool in adobe illustrator -building an illustration using layers and same technique like feathering fills and stroke . Today i posted a picture how i drew the duck using adobe illustrator . i use a pen tool to draw the outline of the duck from the original picture. i wanted to make the outline more neatly so i use the pen tool and delete some anchor point and go back to selection tool to fix up the line and making it smooth .

I wanted to add details to the duck features . i added the duck beak ,the eyes . it was diffcult to add the shapes of the duck features but i was able to do it . for this shapes i use pen tool and i joined up all the lines and went back to pen tool to delete some unnecessary anchor point so the joint would add up smoothly and the curved would be fixed .

i added the eyes and the shape of the eye was difficult to draw using the pen tool and i was the colour black to add the color of the duck eyes .

I also added different color to the duck beak and using the pen tool i joined up the line and inside the duck beak i drew a shape inside of it so it would be easy to draw the shape of the beak

Here is the the original duck of the drawing  . Both are not the same or perfect but using pen tool i was able to make the curve neatly. The tool i used was pen tool,anchor points,delete,anchor point delete,direct selection ,convert anchor points tools .
